As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, I firmly believe the food we eat not only shapes our physical health, but also greatly impacts our mental health. To me, food is meant to nourish our bodies and is critical to help us grow, support and heal. Its more than just something we eat. Food has tremendous wisdom and capacity to heal our bodies of aliments that are created by our habits and our environment.
Over the years, my professional journey has led me down many roads. My approach to well-being embraces both a Western and Eastern philosophy.Earlier this year, I decided to complete my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) to complete my multi-faceted style. I aim to meld the science of nutrition with a variety of ways to positively influence our behaviors so that we can live fully.
Because I am also a pragmatist, it is important that I provide you with specific tools and coaching necessary to achieve results. Why? So that you can live an energetic life without illnesses holding you back.
